BY USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) forms part of your agreement with AF Limited, LLC (“MY CHANNEL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs your access to and use of MY CHANNEL. Defined terms used in this Policy have the same meanings as provided in our Terms of Use.

1) PROHIBITED USES FOR ALL USERS

You may use MY CHANNEL only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy and our Terms of Use. You may not use MY CHANNEL in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform standards. Without our prior written consent, you may not:

· Violate any local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.

· Engage in or promote sex trafficking, exploitation, prostitution, or any illegal commercial activity.

· Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

· Fail to comply with court orders, judgments, or lawful governmental directives.

· Access or use MY CHANNEL if you are required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction.

· Link to MY CHANNEL in a misleading, unlawful, or reputation-damaging manner.

· Share or collect personal information of other users without authorization.

· Engage in harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, doxing, spamming, or other disruptive conduct.

· Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

· Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive conduct.

· Use bots, automation tools, scraping tools, or artificial means to manipulate traffic or engagement.

· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

· Interfere with or disrupt MY CHANNEL’s infrastructure, security, or functionality.

· Reverse engineer, copy, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit any part of MY CHANNEL.

· Attempt to bypass security controls or access restrictions.

· Attempt to circumvent payment systems, moderation systems, or platform safeguards.

· Create new accounts to evade suspension or termination.

· Engage in activity that violates payment processor or card network requirements.

· Use MY CHANNEL in violation of applicable sanctions or export control laws.

· Impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our systems.

2) PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

· Contains pornography, explicit sexual activity, or graphic sexual content.

· Contains nudity intended for sexual arousal or commercial sexual purposes.

· Depicts or promotes sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, or prostitution.

· Involves minors in any sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate context.

· Is shared without the knowledge and express consent of all individuals depicted.

· Contains non-consensual intimate images, threats of exposure, or extortion.

· Promotes or depicts rape, sexual assault, coercion, or violence.

· Encourages suicide, self-harm, or dangerous activities likely to cause serious injury.

· Advertises or facilitates illegal drugs or criminal activity.

· Violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or data protection rights.

· Is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or otherwise unlawful.

· Contains deepfakes, synthetic media, or digitally altered content that falsely represents another individual without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Policy or presents a risk to users or the platform, even if not expressly listed above.

3) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CREATORS

If you are a Creator, you additionally agree that you will not:

· Misrepresent the nature, quality, or substance of your Content.

· Defraud us or users, including through payment fraud or misrepresentation.

· Pass off pre-recorded content as live content.

· Fail to deliver paid Content as described.

· Allow another person to control or operate your account.

· Record or broadcast Content from public locations where bystanders may reasonably be recorded without consent.

· Share another person’s personal information without consent.

· Harass, threaten, or interfere with other users on or off the platform.

· Solicit or accept payment for in-person meetings arranged through MY CHANNEL.

We may suspend or terminate Creator accounts, withhold funds, or permanently ban Creators who violate these standards.

4) ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice. We may pursue any available legal remedies, including civil, criminal, or injunctive relief.

5) COMPLAINTS PROCESS

If you believe content or activity violates this Policy, please submit an email to support@mychannel.co with detailed information, including:

· Description of the content or activity

· Username(s) involved

· Location (URL or page)

· Date and time identified

· Reason for report

If you are a Creator, you are expected to report known violations. Failure to report known fraudulent or illegal activity may result in action against your account.

6) ABUSE OF THE REPORTING PROCESS
