Complaints Policy and Report Abuse Form

AF Limited, LLC is the owner and operator of www.mychannel.co and any affiliated websites and related mobile versions.

 

Complaints Policy: We provide a robust system for you to report violations of our Terms of Use and other website policies, as well as illegal or nonconsensual content, and for appealing the improper removal of content. We intend to operate this system as objectively, efficiently, and quickly as possible in a fair and reasonable manner. We strive to, within seven (7) business days, (i) review all complaints and available evidence, (ii) resolve all reports and appeals,  (iii) provide clear guidelines to prevent issues from recurring, and (iv) inform you of the results of your complaint. If necessary, we may extend this deadline, such as in instances where additional time is necessary to collect additional evidence from the relevant parties.

 

Responsive Action: If a violation has occurred, we will determine the appropriate remedy and take the necessary action. Any content deemed to be illegal is removed immediately. We may suggest that you block the other user to prevent further interactions between you and the reported user. In instances where disputes over consent cannot be resolved internally, such disputes are submitted to a neutral arbitration association at our expense. Once an action is taken or if more information is needed from you, we will contact you by email or other electronic message.

 

Repeat and Egregious Offenders: We reserve the right to take advanced actions against those users that (1) repeatedly violate our rules, or (2) engage in a single egregious violation of our rules. These advanced actions may include but are not limited to deleting your account and banning you from using My Channel in the future.

 

Appeals Process: If you would like to appeal the removal of any content in which you are depicted, please notify us by sending an email to support@mychannel.co or by writing to us at AF Limited, LLC, 2604B El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92008. We will not take action against other users for activity that happens on another platform or offline.

 

Abuse of the Complaints Policy and Appeal Process: We do not tolerate complaints or appeals made in bad faith, or those intended to abuse, harass, or harm others. Users who misuse this Complaints Policy or the appeal process may face account termination or suspension, at our sole discretion.
